DGM Safety Plan
We are so excited to have you all back at Robinson Park! We're looking forward to seeing masked faces and being a food source for the community. As with all businesses, the Downtown Growers' Market will be operating under current pandemic safety requirements. We ask for your support, understanding and compliance ahead of time so that we can continue to offer the Market safely the rest of the season.

As you can see from the map below, we will be 'fencing' in the park with flag line and cones each Saturday. Eighth Street will be closed for a designated and 6ft. socially distanced line for customers to enter. Customers will be let in starting at 8am. The exit will be near the same location. We will be regulating the capacity at 25%, which allows for 305 people at a time (including staff/volunteers/vendors). Once you are in the park you are welcome to shop and walk around, however please keep an appropriate distance from others as best you can. There will be multiple hand sanitizing stands around the park.

Vendors, staff and volunteers will be following similar regulations, be masked, wear gloves and have hand sanitizing options at each of their booths.

Tokens will be distributed as normal at the Info Booth. Tokens that are turned in will be quarantined for 2 weeks to allow time for any contamination to not be an issue.

Rules we will have in place:
  • Face covering REQUIRED
    • Disposable face masks will be for sale at the entrance for $1 if you forget one. We will not allow you in without a mask and it must be worn the entire time you are in the park
  • Stay home if sick
    • Or if you have been in contact with someone who is sick
  • Send 1 person per family if possible
  • No eating, drinking or lingering at the park
  • Let vendors serve you
    • Please do not handle any products prior to purchase
    • If you bring your own bag we ask that vendors not touch your bag. They will offer your items to you after they are purchased
  • Keep 6 ft apart
  • Come, shop & enjoy purchases off site
  • Restroom for staff/vendors only
    • One porta potty will be on site, however this is meant for staff, vendors, volunteers and emergencies only
  • No pets until further notice
  • No sampling
  • No extra programming and non-food vendors until further notice. Shop from our non-food vendors on the Farm to Car store!
