Fresh, Local, Chile Roasting! 

Chile is at the heart of New Mexico and every chile season fills the air with the smell of home. New Mexico chile season at the Market typically starts mid July and goes through September. The Growers' Market has three growers that roast fresh chile on site at the market when the season starts.
