FARM TO CAR: WINTER EDITION INSTRUCTIONS

• Order from participating vendors and pay each one directly: just like at the market! Shop all products into one cart and then pay each vendor at check out. If you're an Etsy shopper the experience will be similar. Any questions or concerns about an order should be directed to the vendor individually through the website.  
• All payment is pre-pay with debit/credit cards through each vendor's store with the exception of meat vendors. Orders from meat vendors will be placed through the store and then you will be emailed an invoice to pay for your order on Fridays.   
• EBT/SNAP customers: We will NOT be able to take EBT/SNAP/PEBT cards or other food assistance programs during Farm to Car: Winter Edition. All payments must be made with debit/credit cards through each vendor's store. We apologize that we cannot offer these programs. Food assistance programs will be available again when the market returns to Robinson Park mid-April.  

• All orders will now be picked up curbside at the parking lot behind Villa di Capo's Italian Restaurant/Goodyear Tire: 715 Gold Ave. SW
• Vendors will park in the lot and have orders ready as customers drive through. Orders will be handed out by individual vendors from their vehicles. Look for corresponding vendor names on signs near their vehicles (SEE MAP BELOW).
• CUSTOMERS: Please display your first and last name in your car window and have a list of vendors you have ordered from. ​ 
• Walk up/bike up customers: please stop at the Welcome Table (see map below) to be directed  into the line. 
• If any orders are incorrect DGM staff will help facilitate, however all refunds, replacements or adjustments will need to go through individual vendors. 
• Customers are responsible for picking up orders during their chosen pick-up time. If orders are not picked-up, vendors/customers will need to communicate next steps by contacting vendors through the Farm to Car website.

VENDOR ORDER DEADLINES

Each vendor is setting their own weekly order deadlines. Deadlines are either Wednesday at midnight or Thursday at midnight for the following Saturday's pickup. Example: order by Thursday, January 14 at midnight to pickup Saturday, January 16.

Wednesday at midnight deadline: EMS Farms, The Sugabom, Los Jardines de Moktezuma, Masa Madre Microbakery Y Mas
Thursday at midnight deadline: Everyone else!

however we are continuously grateful to them for allowing us to use their space for
the first version of Farm to Car: April - June 2020
