May Workshop Series 3 Parts: May 10 | May 17 | May 31
Hosted by Stacy of Path to Prana

In this digital age where texts replace conversations, likes replace friendships, apps replace relationships and virtual platforms replace experiences, it can feel like we are alone in our struggles, emotions and even our triumphs. But the truth is behind the airbrushed photos and curated social media content, we will find that we are not so different. We are all having a human experience. In this 3 part mini series you will discover the beauty and power in building connection through sharing our stories. Journal prompts will be given to explore your own personal money story, career story, relationships story or identity story. Time for optional sharing and discussion will be provided.

Sessions begin with a short meditation. Participation in all 3 sessions is encouraged but not necessary. Please bring paper, pen and a yoga mat or something to sit on.

Located near the fountain: NE side, middle of park.
